Services

Our services

We know that there are many aspects to mental health and wellbeing. From ‘soft’ activities which bring people together to talk, learn and feel calmer in our increasingly busy lives, to more formal programmes such as listening services, training in a wide variety of areas and for all ages, guiding and signposting to appropriate healthcare support, auditing provision in the workplace or school / community and creating workplace and school policy around wellbeing and mental health issues.

We are here to work with you to find what’s right for your circumstances.

Wellbeing Workshops

Sometimes it’s just about the simple things such as creating space to bring people together in a peaceful environment to do something a little different to the every day hustle and bustle. We offer wellbeing workshops using flowers, cooking and simple happiness techniques to bring a little calm to our lives.

Training for schools / youth groups

With over 20 years experience of working with schools, teachers, children, young people and community groups, we offer training which equips individuals with the skills to creative compassionate and supportive environments. From peer mentoring, to playground buddying, we encourage children and young people to help each other. We also offer ‘train the trainer’, training teachers, parents and youth leaders to train their students and young people in the necessary skills to run their own sessions.

Training for the workplace

Don’t leave your workplace offering for mental health to be a once a year day offering cupcakes and a coffee (although this is a lovely gesture of course!). Let us train your employees and managers with the skills and knowledge to understand and support each other in their every day work. Whether it’s understanding how bereaved employees can be supported, to effective listening skills, to exploring men’s mental health, we will help you create a mental health and wellbeing friendly workplace with a programme that upskills everyone.
